Originally from Germany where she was working alongside her family in their pneumatic manufacturing company after law school Mrs. Schramm has always been in an entrepreneurial environment, which demonstrated itself in a merger with a US Fortune 500 company in 1993, which came to life with a self-made Super 8 video. 

As founder and president of DtG Golf + Events Group, Martina C. Schramm, has been organizing and running charity golf tournaments for the past decade, ranging from a field of 36 players up to a double field of 144 players on two courses, providing a turn-key solution for businesses and non-profit organizations. In addition she has had a successful career in marketing, PR and event planning on a national and international level, ranging from in-house seminars to national and international fairs and exhibitions worldwide. In 2012, she obtained the golf tournament consultant certification through the GTAA (Golf Tournament Association of America).

With Launching4Charity she has taken on the role of marketing the program nationally as well as working closely with the future "Launch Pro's" to ensure that they will provide the best possible support to organizations they aid in their fundraising and corporate branding efforts. Her main focus will be marketing and PR of the program while also looking for new applications. In October 2014 she decided to end her primary engagement with a client as marketing consultant to devote her time and skills full time to Launching4Charity's national expansion.
